Fishing has remained in the DNA of Tharros, which is still known today not only for the beauty of its sea, but also for fishing and mullet processing. Tharros Pesca Gusti Pregiati by Pino Spanu was born in Cabras in 2004 and since then has been passionately involved in the retail and wholesale trade of fresh local fish. The company is the result of the experience and tenacity of its founder, who has been operating in the sector for over twenty years and who can be considered a profound connoisseur of the products treated. At the beginning of its activity the company marketed blue tuna and Sardinian swordfish, but over the last few years a laboratory has been activated for the production of bottarga and smoked fish, an activity that has helped to make the company known throughout the Sardinia.
